Admin Resources are a variety of documents aimed at supporting Administrators looking after a Unity Connect system. These include general Admin, Install and Provisioning, Troubleshooting, Support 'How to...' and Operations Guides. They have been divided into sections to simplify finding them.
All End User information and guides can be found on the End User page, including Telephone handset quick start and reference guides.
Support 'How to...' Guides
Once the core system is set up, you may want to add the following capabilities. These guides will walk you through, step by step.
The Unity Connect Admin guides also include some End User guides, in case you are asked for help. It also includes miscellaneous guides, such as setting up Firewalls. The vendor guides include Desk, Conference and Wireless Telephone Handsets, Adaptors or ATAs, etc. (Note: For Adaptors, we have loaded the User Guides in this section and will leave it to Administrators to decide if to provide to end users.)
Installation & Provisioning Guides
These are provided by the manufacturers for each handset series or model. They are long and go into great detail on every feature and function of the telephone handset.
